It's on the
third Chapter of the Book of Collosians, from the First to the Fourth Verse ( Collosians 3 vs 1-4)
I'll give three translations, King James Version (KJV) , The Message Translation (MSG) and the Amplified Version (AMP)
KJV VERSION : if ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
MSG TRANSLATION: So if you’re serious about living this new resurrection life with Christ, act like it. Pursue the things over which Christ presides. Don’t shuffle along, eyes to the ground, absorbed with the things right in front of you. Look up, and be alert to what is going on around Christ—that’s where the action is. See things from his perspective. ... Your old life is dead. Your new life, which is your real life—even though invisible to spectators—is with Christ in God. He is your life. When Christ (your real life, remember) shows up again on this earth, you’ll show up, too—the real you, the glorious you. Meanwhile, be content with obscurity, like Christ.
AMPLIFIED TRANSLATION: IF THEN you have been raised with Christ [to a new life, thus sharing His resurrection from the dead], aim at and seek the [rich, eternal treasures] that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. [Ps. 110:1.] And set your minds and keep them set on what is above (the higher things), not on the things that are on the earth. For [as far as this world is concerned] you have died, and your [new, real] life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, Who is our life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in [the splendor of His] glory.
Chaiii, All you need is to Believe this. You can't Understand That you are now in Christ and still be broke, still be in Sickness or even be under Demonic oppression.
I wasn't the one that said it, it's in the Bible, So believe it and Walk in it!
HAPPY SUNDAY FROM AEB!!!
